C. Uploaded Documents: PDF receipts, paper ledger pictures, business invoices, agreement files, and borrower KYC records. These are securely encrypted in cloud infrastructure.

D. Technical Logs: Device type, OS version, application build metrics, device language, IP address, and anonymized crash logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly to run and secure the Smart Bahi Khata app, including:

We only share limited metadata with trusted operators to maintain functional integrity:

7. Biometric Authentication

When you enable fingerprint or face unlock inside the app, the biometric processing is handled entirely by your device’s secure enclave. Smart Bahi Khata never receives, views, or stores your biometric keys on our servers.

• Access and review all logged accounting reports.
