Smart Bahi Khata is a digital bookkeeping and business management platform designed for individuals, shopkeepers, contractors, financers, transporters, real estate professionals, freelancers, and small businesses.

The application provides tools including but not limited to:

• Digital ledger management (Udhaar/Jama entries)
• Daily income and expense tracking
• Loan & EMI collections monitoring
• Site-wise contractor ledger accounting
• Vehicle logistics trip logs and advances
• Real Estate customer booking tracking
• Secure cloud backup and real-time syncing

3. Eligibility

To use Smart Bahi Khata, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Provide accurate and authentic registration details.
• Use the platform lawfully under governing financial rules.
• Have authority to use the mobile number or email linked to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or deceptive credentials.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users may register using Mobile OTP verification, email and password combinations, or Google Sign-In.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account authentication tokens.
• Securing your login PINs and passwords.
• Ensuring authorized device access only.
• All financial transactions and operations conducted through your account.

Smart Bahi Khata is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Smart Bahi Khata, you agree:

• Not to use the platform for illegal financial activities or laundering.
• Not to upload harmful, fraudulent, virus-infected, or misleading content.
• Not to misuse reminder or WhatsApp notification APIs.
• Not to attempt unauthorized database breaches or reverse-engineer the mobile application.

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all financial entries logged in their ledger.

6. Financial Information Disclaimer

Smart Bahi Khata is a bookkeeping and business management utility software.

We do NOT:

• Provide regulated banking services.
• Offer professional investment or wealth advice.
• Guarantee borrower collections or loan recovery.
• Act as an authorized credit or financial institution.
• Process money remittances or tax filings directly.

All financial choices made using the reports generated in the app are strictly at the user's risk.

7. Data Storage & Cloud Backup

Smart Bahi Khata stores user data securely using global cloud storage providers.

While we implement modern security measures, users acknowledge that:

• Internet-based storage might be vulnerable to network outages.
• No storage can be guaranteed to be 100% impenetrable.
• Users are encouraged to export periodic reports for local physical backups.

Subscription pricing, plans, renewal dates, and terms will be visible before purchase in the application. Fees are non-refundable unless required by regional laws. Failing to pay charges might restrict access to premium workspaces.

All assets, including branding logos, mobile UI layouts, styling, icons, database structures, source codes, and illustrations, are owned by WebRK Private Limited.

Users may not duplicate, frame, mirror, or repackage our services without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebRK Private Limited shall not be liable for any data loss, balance inaccuracies, financial damages, business downtime, default on loans, or system outage. Use of the application is entirely at your own risk.
